　　The General Administration of Customs has decided to further optimize and improve the COVID-19 prevention and control measures at ports for imported cold-chain food (including edible agricultural products, the same below) in order to scientifically and precisely carry out the prevention and control of COVID-19 at ports, consolidate the achievements of epidemic prevention and control, and ensure the safety of the industrial chain and supply chain. The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:

　　I. Cold-chain food imports, customs of conduct will be coronavirus nucleic acid monitoring test, according to the test results in accordance with the measures to prevent pollution of the exporting country (region) for inspection, investigation, confirm the exporting country (region) and safety management system and the security situation whether to continue to conform to the requirements of the Chinese imports, the problems of the overseas food production enterprise, According to relevant laws and regulations, measures such as rectification, suspension of import and cancellation of registration shall be taken.

　　II. Imported cold-chain foods that test positive for novel coronavirus nucleic acid shall be dealt with in a graded and classified manner in accordance with the relevant provisions of the guidelines issued by the Joint Prevention and control Mechanism of The State Council.

　　This announcement shall take effect as of the date of issuance, and the announcement no. 103 2020 of the General Administration of Customs shall be repealed simultaneously.
