Notice on issuing interface specification for import of CO (CEPA) data and attachments
In accordance with the preferential trade agreement implementation arrangements, the General Administration of Customs has completed the upgrade of the Management information system for certificates of Origin. Enterprises applying for co (cepA) can handle related business either through China International Trade “Single Window” Standard Edition/” Internet + Customs “integrated online service platform, or through information system network connection. Enterprises applying for CO (CepA) with system docking requirements are requested to carry out interface modification according to the DATA of CO (CEPA) and the interface specification of the attachment (see the attachment for details). From January 1, 2023, the import interface of the Customs will only receive messages imported by enterprises applying for certificates of Origin themselves, and will no longer receive messages imported by third-party platforms.
Information system access, alignment testing of the work in accordance with the General Administration of Customs on open customs entry system client software and announcement of business data exchange interface (the General Administration of Customs announcement no. 16, 2016) and the General Administration of Customs on published < open customs entry system of foreign service plan > announcement “(the General Administration of Customs announcement no. 20, 2017).
